Whether in studio or at a distance, my sessions include a variety of techniques and practices all designed to help you align with spirit and feel the love that you are.
In Studio Sessions:
60-minute deep relaxation treatment
During this hour long treatment you will lie back in a state of deep relaxation as and Reiki energy flows where it is needed. This session is traditional Reiki and chakra balancing, but you may also wish to include energy clearing or intuitive work. You will leave relaxed and renewed.

90-minute deep relaxation and intuitive session
This 90-minute session is designed for you. You will receive the full benefit of a Reiki and chakra balancing treatment and may also choose to experience guided meditation, affirmations for mental and emotional wellness, spiritual conversation, energy clearing, or an intuitive reading.

5-session package
Reiki works best when you engage in a series of treatments. You may book a package of 5 60-minute sessions for a discount. Please let me know at your first appointment, that you wish to purchase the package.

Long Distance Sessions:
Because of the nature of life force energy, distance Reiki sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions.
When you schedule a distance session, you and I will agree upon a time for the session, then you will simply relax and intend to receive the energy.
Distance sessions may also include intuitive work or etheric cord flush.
