Your Cords of Attachment

Cords of attachment are energetic connections that form between two people. Sometimes cords are formed out of fear-based emotions like loneliness, anger, depression, co-dependency, abuse, addiction, unforgiveness, or revenge. Cords can also develop after break-ups, divorces, job changes, and other life changing events. 

Those in helping professions such as nurses and healers, caregivers, massage therapists, and other nurturing people can develop cords that drain you of your energy, causing fatigue and burnout.  

Removal (or cutting) of negative cords is essential to well being. Cord cutting allows you to feel lighter, more free, and more at peace.


Cutting or flushing negative cords between you and someone else does not mean that you no longer love the other person, and cord cutting does not lead to breakups or abandonment. It is simply a release of the dysfunctional aspects of those relationships.

Cords of love can never be severed and are not impacted by this process. 

Cord Flush

As we go through our daily lives, we all pick up energy that doesn't belong to us. An energy clearing sweeps you clean of the gunky, sticky, uncomfortable stuff that may be clinging to you. During your distance energy clearing session, I will also locate etheric cords and either severe them or flush them, freeing you of the energy drain they create.
